Blu-Ray Duplicators & Printers

Blu-Ray is now the accepted format for high definition (HD) videos and movies. Low Cost players that connect to your HDTV are readily available in retail stores and on the web. Millions of consumers have PlayStation®3 which plays Blu-Ray discs.

The process to duplicate Blu-Ray Discs (BDs) is the same as in the past, for CDs or DVDs, but requires different equipment and software:

(a) Standalone Tower Duplicators that range from one to twenty recorders (see Xerox Blu-Ray and Microboards CopyWriter Blu-Ray);

(b) Automatic Duplicators, hold anywhere from 50 Discs (GX2 Blu-Ray) to 1000 Discs. "All in one Publishers" duplicate and Print on BDs, DVDs, and CDs. The MX-2 100 Disc Publisher by Microboards and the Zeus 220 Disc Publisher are two examples. The Hera Auto Duplicator is Cost effective and Robust. It is offered with 3 recorder 330 Disc, 6 recorder 630 Disc or, a 9 Recorder 900 Disc configuration.

Like DVDs, and CDs, Blu-Ray Discs are 120mm standard, so you can print on any of that media with the same DVD or CD printer you may have.

If you are looking for a professional Disc printer the PF-PRO by Microboards, has been the most successful inkjet printer Noble House has ever sold. The printer gets about 1000 discs per set of Ink Cartridges in full color printing.

The highest resolution printer on the market,is the TEAC P55C printer. It comes with either 220 or 550 automated disc loaders and will print a full color disc in about 53 seconds. It prints photos and the resolution is much higher than silkscreen or even offset printing. The printed discs from the TEAC P55 printer are permanent and waterproof.
